सविनय निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि प्रार्थी के ग्राम में आए दिन ग्राम के ही लोगों द्वारा भयंकर गन्दगी फैलाने के कारण ग्राम के लोगों में भयंकर रोग संक्रमण होकर फैल रहे है! जिसे रोका जाना या नियंत्रित करना अति आवश्यक है! ग्राम में फ़ैल रहे भयंकर रोग से संक्रमित होकर ग्राम के लोग मरणासन्न की स्थिति में हो चुके है, बुजुर्गो व बच्चों, कुछ बीमारी से पीड़ित होने के कारण मर भी चुके हैं! अगर इस गांव में फैले संक्रामक रोगों को दूर करने, व रोकथाम नहीं की गई तो पूरा का पूरा गांव के लोग रोग से पीड़ित होने के कारण समाज में आस -पास के लोग भी इस रोगों की चपेट में आने से मारे जाएंगे! जिसकी क्षति किसी भी प्रकार पूर्ण नहीं की जा सकेगी! इसलिए उक्त ग्राम में संक्रमित हो रहे लोगों का निशुल्क इलाज, लोगो का परीक्षण कराकर तथा मौके पर उच्च स्तरीय टीम गठित कर निरीक्षण करवा कर , लोगों में फैल रहे रोगों की रोकथाम और लोगों का इलाज व रोग को नियंत्रण करने हेतू नियमानुसार कदम उठाए जाने की अति आवश्यता है!

अतः श्रीमान जी से प्रार्थना है कि उक्त ग्राम में फैल रहे रोग से संक्रमित हुए लोगों का इलाज व संक्रमण रोगों को रोकथाम हेतु, उच्च स्तरीय टीम गठित कर, लोगों का परीक्षण करवाकर निशुल्क इलाज करवाने, हेतु आदेश पारित करने की कृपा करें!
