सविनय निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि प्रार्थी आपके विद्यालय का कक्षा.........का छात्र है! जिसका रोल नंबर संख्या......... है ! प्रार्थी के सगे भाई / बहन की शादी समारोह का प्रोग्राम घर पर है! जिसमें प्रार्थी के ऊपर समस्त शादी की जिम्मेवारी है! शादी में आए रिश्तेदारों की देख रेख व जरूरत सामानों को उपलब्ध करवाना प्रार्थी की जिम्मेदारी है! जिस करण प्रार्थी विद्यालय में उपस्थित नहीं हो सकेगा ! शादी समारोह का प्रोग्राम 2- 3 दिनो का होगा ! प्रार्थी को 3 दिन का अवकाश देने की कृपा करें !
